The information of the Kamikaze assaults has been indicated of the following form: Name of the air group and number of kamikaze,  Register and name of the reached unit {sunk, irreparable}, number of kamikaze that reached it ( ), type of aircraft [ ], position {coordinated}, falls caused ( Dead: D, Missed: M, Injuried: I ).

Not all the assaults kamikaze have the complete information, mainly by the discrepancy or absence information the different consulted sources.
